Rhoderick Alcaide De Vera

Dr. Rhoderick Alcaide De Vera was born in Marikina City on October 31, 1983. He moved with his parents to San Mateo, Rizal, in 1993. There, he was raised. However, in 2005, he chose to leave the comfort of city life. He decided to fully commit to God’s call as a full-time missionary. This is a journey he continues to walk to this day.

By God’s grace, he has been pastoring Haven of Worship – Alalay Grande since 2007, faithfully shepherding the congregation and equipping believers for kingdom work. He also serves as the National President of Haven of Worship Churches in the Philippines, overseeing 17 local churches nationwide.

During the 2020 pandemic, his passion for biblical education led him to start teaching online, and as the burden for equipping believers grew, he founded Mobile Bible School Inc. in 2023, officially registering it with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Philippines. This online institution provides flexible, self-paced theological education to train and equip future church leaders.

With over two decades of experience, he has planted 7 churches, pioneered 2 churches, and directed youth camps since 2009, impacting countless lives for Christ. His dedication to theological training was evident during his tenure as a professor at the International College of Mission and Theological Seminary from 2006 to 2019, where he helped shape future ministers of the Gospel.
